The Institute for Ethics in AI is pleased to support the Aspen Institute’s Technology Leaders Initiative (TLI) and welcomes the announcement of its inaugural cohort.
A first-of-its-kind programme designed to put philosophy into practice for the leaders shaping the future of AI and frontier technology, TLI brings together 22 senior leaders from across the technology ecosystem. The inaugural Fellows include leaders from Anthropic, Google DeepMind, Meta, Microsoft and OpenAI, as well as finance, government, biotechnology and the creative industries.
Beginning in September 2026, the Fellows will take part in a two-year programme of seminars, reflection and dialogue focused on the responsibilities of leadership in artificial intelligence and other frontier technologies.
Dr Caroline Emmer De Albuquerque Green, Director of Research at the Institute for Ethics in AI and lead of its Accelerator Fellowship Programme, said:
‘As AI continues to reshape our societies, there is an urgent need to equip senior leaders with the frameworks and ethical grounding to make values-based decisions. By joining forces with the Aspen Institute’s Aspen Global Leadership Network, we are creating space for robust dialogue, cross-sector connection, and the kind of principled leadership this moment demands.’
The Institute supports the programme in partnership with the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence.
