Konrad is a third-year DPhil student based at Balliol College.
His doctoral research, supervised by Professor John Tasioulas, concerns the living instrument doctrine in the European Court of Human Rights. His academic interests include Human Rights Law, Jurisprudence, as well as Ethics in AI.
Before coming to Oxford, Konrad completed his LLB (Hons) and LLM at University College London.
